U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations Director Receives Award

On April 14, 2011, James Dinkins, Executive Associate Director of ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) accepted an award for “Operation Predator,” an HSI initiative targeting child sex predators. The award was presented by the Kid’s Internet Safety Alliance (KINSA). Since 2003, HSI has made more than 11,600 arrests in on-line child exploitation cases. Other award recipients included Canadian law enforcement personnel and advocates for women and children.
