Ambassador Wilkins spent Tuesday, April 8 visiting the Waterloo region of Ontario where he gave the keynote address at a lunchtime gathering of the area's five Rotary Clubs. He also met with local business leaders, media, visited Research in Motion (the home of the BlackBerry), and spoke about education and its role in economic prosperity with university presidents at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI).
